Embroidery Design Information

All of the embroidery designs used have been purchased for use by us from various digitisers all around the globe.  We have a vast catalogue of designs available, therefore if you cannot find something that you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us as we maybe able to source one for you.

As we do not digitise our own designs, we do not offer them for resale.

If you have your own logo that you would like embroidering onto aprons, then please do contact us as we maybe able to have it digitised for you.  Not all logos are suitable for embroidery, for further information, please email a high resolution copy to us and we will be happy to check it for you and advise on pricing.

We are always happy to provide you with a screen shot design proof from our software prior to embroidering any items for you.  This is to ensure that you are happy with the layout of the design.  If you would like a design proof, please request this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout.

If you would like a stitched out design proof, then there is a minimum additional charge of £5.00 for this service (price depends upon the number of stitches for the design).

Longer names will result in smaller letters for them to fit into the embroidery area.

Names are usually placed underneath an embroidery design, however in some instances, we feel that some names do look much better if placed above.  If we feel that we need to change the layout of any particular design from the sample photograph, we will always send a design proof first to ensure you are happy with the layout.

IMPORTANT : Please ensure when adding your personalisation details that all the information is correct.  The details you enter will be copy and pasted into our software ready to embroider onto your item.  This includes any spaces and cAsEs used.  We are unable to embroider names in full capital letters as they take up too much room to arch over a design.  It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct - no liability or responsibility will be accepted unless a mistake has been made solely by us.

We have in excess of 2,500 fonts in our database, and find that some names work better in one font than others.  If it is necessary for us to change the font drastically from the one shown in the sample photograph, we will contact you with a design proof to discuss.

Update - we are now able to embroider .ttf fonts.  If you have a font in mind, then please ask us if it is one we can use.

The photographs used within this site are of products that have been embroidered by us  (unless specifically stated) or are screen shots from our software.  The photographs are to be used for design illustration purposes only, therefore you may find that within a category, the photograph shows the design embroidered onto another item.

We make every attempt to ensure that the colours we use are represented as accurately as possible on our site.  However, colours can vary a great deal between monitors.

Many of our products have a colour box where you can input your own thread colour choice.  When inputting your choices, please ensure that you are as detailed as possible e.g. if you would like your apron wording embroidering in pink, please let us know if you would like a light pink, hot pink or dark pink etc.  If only 'pink' is entered, we will use the shade that we feel works best with the embroidery design / item colour you have chosen.

When viewing our products, if no colour choices are given on the design, then your item will be embroidered in shades as closely as possible to the sample photograph.

We do use the same brand of threads throughout our range, but shades can vary slightly between batches.

We mainly use felt for our applique designs and purchase from various suppliers, therefore shades can vary from those shown on the sample photographs.

Due to the above facts we cannot guarantee that future purchases have exactly the same shades as previous purchases.
